Can’t express strongly enough what a wonderful, personal, communicative and exemplary team this is. My purchase was Quite A Journey(!) but Lily’s persistence in chasing my dilatory conveyancers and communicating updates both up and down the chain – and her positivity and supportiveness throughout the process – kept me sane and set the gold standard for service. Both Lottie and Ben were similarly brilliant whenever I dealt with them on occasions when Lily was absent. The whole branch is personified by a spirit of kindness and friendliness, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
